You lead work with operations, maintenance, investments, and development of the property portfolio and ensure compliance with legal requirements, regulatory requirements, and internal guidelines. The role involves many contact points both internally and externally, where you collaborate closely with operations management, HSE, service operations, research activities, and external contractors.
