Your leadership is based on our core values.\n \nA Day at Work\nThe Building Project Management unit is currently within the Execution Area, which is one of three areas at the Department of Urban Development. The area consists, besides building project management, of five other units: roads and traffic, land and property, building permits, parks and landscape, and parking, and we are a total of approximately 100 people.\nYou will be part of the area's management group as well as the office's joint project management group and contribute with your knowledge and expertise to develop together.\nThe unit currently consists of approximately 10 internal employees and about the same number of external consultants. The group is stable, experienced, and possesses high expertise in building project management and construction management.\nIn the role, you have personnel responsibility for the unit's employees and are responsible for creating clear roles, assignments, and good conditions for both delivery and development.\nBuilding Project Management assists the municipality's major investment and development projects and serves as project owner for execution.\nThe unit often works on assignment from other parts of the office, which places high demands on collaboration, coordination, and holistic perspective.
