Our operations are growing rapidly and we face several challenging tasks that involve developing our operations, our organization, and collaboration with other actors.\nAs a manager, you lead, develop, and follow up on operations and provide support to your employees in daily work. The role includes personnel, budget, and occupational health responsibility for approximately 15-20 employees who work primarily as corrections inspectors.
