As Head of Security & Investigation, you will have overall responsibility for the company's security work and the investigation activities conducted. Together with your team, you are responsible for the process and handling of unclear insurance cases and fraud.\nThe role is both operational and strategic. You work for the entire company and report parts of your assignment to the CEO as well as to the Board. You have direct leadership of a team of highly skilled investigators responsible for the company's investigation activities. You personally participate in quality-assuring case handling and assist in managing and investigating more complex legal matters. In addition, you ensure that your team achieves the goals set in line with the company's vision and business concept.\nIn your role as Head of Security & Investigation, you are responsible for driving, controlling, monitoring, and reporting how the company's security work is conducted in accordance with legal requirements, governing documents, and processes.
