The operation is expanding on October 1st through the establishment of a sixth unit, and we are now seeking a unit manager who wants to lead this new unit.\n \nBeing a Unit Manager in Detention Operations\nAs a leader with us, you work close to operations and in clear collaboration with other unit manager colleagues. In an operation that runs 24\/7, extra high demands are placed on clear and consistent leadership, where all employees are anchored in our mission and thus our approach towards colleagues and detainees. You have personnel, budget and work environment responsibility for a unit with approximately 25 employees and together with team leaders you lead and develop the operation towards set goals.
