Together with your team, you ensure that each client receives quality and coherent treatment.\nManage operations, personnel, work environment, finances and quality. Uphold IVO authorization for adults.\nLead and support a multiprofessional team within integrated care, treatment and social services\nEnsure client matching and risk assessments\nCollaborate with authorities, municipalities and other care providers regarding client services\nWork with continuous development, procedures and improvement initiatives in the operations\n\nWho we think you are\nWe are looking for someone who thrives in a combination of leadership, operational responsibility and close contact with both clients and employees.
