If you have strong cleaning experience, the right attitude and are willing to learn, we are happy to train you in the other parts of the role.\n\nThe role\nAs Cleaning Supervisor, you will both work hands-on with cleaning and supervise a small team. Your responsibilities include:\n\nCleaning guest rooms, bathrooms and common areas.\n\nSupervising and coordinating the cleaning team.\n\nChecking rooms and common areas to ensure our cleanliness standards are maintained.\n\nPlanning and distributing daily cleaning tasks.\n\nKeeping track of cleaning supplies, linen and other necessities.\n\nHelping with hostel reception and guest-related tasks when needed.\n\nReporting maintenance issues and helping solve practical day-to-day problems.\n\nCommunicating with the hostel management, online reception and remote team.\n\nThe position is approximately 40\u201350 hours per week, working in shifts during the hostel's operating hours, with 1\u20132 days off per week.
