You will support vessels, operators, and shipowners using the Orbit Platform and our managed services, while acting as an important link between customers, maritime specialists, and our product and development teams.\n What you will do\nAs a Client Operations Specialist, you will:\nProvide day-to-day support to vessels, operators, and shipowners using the Orbit Platform and our managed services.\nSupport customers on maritime regulatory topics, including EU ETS, FuelEU Maritime, and CII.\nWork as part of Client Operations, sharing knowledge, responsibilities, and workload across the team.\nAct as a key link between customers and internal product and development teams by identifying issues, clarifying requirements, and following up on solutions.\nInvestigate and reproduce technical issues, document findings clearly, and contribute to practical fixes and service improvements where appropriate.\nHelp improve working methods, customer support processes, and the continued development of our managed maritime services.\n\n \nWhat we are looking for\nYou likely have:\nA maritime background, such as seagoing experience, shipping operations, maritime compliance, or similar industry exposure.\nWorking knowledge of EU ETS, FuelEU Maritime, and CII, or a strong ability and interest in developing this expertise quickly.\nConfidence working directly with vessels, operators, and shipowners, as well as with internal operational and technical teams.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to translate operational questions into clear requirements and practical actions.\nGood technical aptitude, curiosity, and a structured approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.\nThe ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an international environment.\nBased in, or willing to relocate to, Norrk\u00f6ping.\nApplicants must already have the legal right to live and work in Sweden. \nPlease note that we are unable to provide visa or work permit sponsorship for this role.\n\n\n\nNice to have\nExperience in a customer-facing, client operations, or managed services role.\nFamiliarity with maritime software platforms, noon reporting, emissions reporting, or fleet performance tools.\nBasic scripting, data analysis, or coding experience, such as Python or SQL.
