The work includes setup, tool changes, measurements, quality control, and ongoing adjustments in production. You work closely with your colleagues to ensure that parts meet the correct quality standards and are delivered on schedule. The company continuously invests in its production and is looking for employees who want to stay long-term and develop together with the business.\n\nYour Profile\n\nWe are looking for someone with experience in CNC turning and who feels comfortable in a manufacturing environment. You are familiar with blueprint reading and measurement techniques and understand the importance of quality and precision in daily work.\n\nTo thrive in this role, you need to be responsible and enjoy working with others.
