Svenljunga Municipality - we offer the good life!\n\n\n2 position(s).\n\nJOB DUTIES\nWe are now looking for two solution-focused work leaders\/coaches for our Aktiv Kraft activity. Aktiv Kraft is an activity financed by the Sjuh\u00e4rad Coordination Association. Aktiv Kraft is a work preparation activity where individuals who initially may have low activity levels receive support to progress toward employment. Through your creativity, you find solutions both for individual persons and by organizing group activities so that people improve their health and can become employable.\nAs a work leader\/coach with us at the Employment Unit, you will work with varying tasks. In your role, you will meet people of different ages with different experiences and backgrounds.\n\nInitially, you will conduct joint planning with the referrer and participants, which you will then follow up through development plans. As a work leader\/coach, you guide, inspire, and motivate people who are job seekers or on sick leave but want to move forward toward work or studies.\n\nYou should be comfortable leading group activities, wellness activities, and creative creation that you design together with colleagues, conducting individual conversations, and being able to guide in various work tasks in a pedagogical way.\n\nMuch of the work also involves collaboration with staff within the Employment Unit and with external actors such as the Employment Service, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, the Social Services, and the health care system.\n\n\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nTo succeed in the role of work leader, you should have relevant post-secondary education for the position or work experience that corresponds to what we are looking for.\nYour education\/work experience should include, for example, social work, health, rehabilitation, social pedagogy, or behavioral science.\n\nWe would like you to have experience working with labor market issues.
