professionally.\nRole overview:\nWe are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of complex construction projects.\nThis role would suit a construction professional with a strong technical foundation and experience delivering major building or civil engineering projects within live, operational or logistically challenging environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Delivery\nLead the planning, coordination and delivery of construction activities in accordance with the agreed programme, budget and quality requirements.\nDevelop, review and actively manage construction programmes, identifying opportunities to improve sequencing, productivity and overall delivery.\nPlan site activities in detail, establish clear milestones and accurately forecast completion dates.\nMonitor progress against programme and implement recovery measures where activities are at risk of delay.\n\nSite and Subcontractor Management\nProvide daily leadership and direction to site teams, engineering resources, subcontractors and direct labour.\nManage subcontractor performance against programme, quality, safety and commercial expectations.\nCoordinate labour, materials, plant, access and site logistics to support efficient delivery.\nReview short-term programmes, method statements, risk assessments building-services interfaces as applicable to the project.\n\nCommercial and Contractual Support\nWork closely with the commercial team to monitor project performance and provide accurate progress information.\nSupport the identification, assessment and management of changes to the works.\nMaintain records that support commercial reporting, forecasting and change control.\nReview material,
