We're growing fast and are now looking for a Content Producer who wants to help shape the future of digital storytelling.\nAs a Content Producer at Blenda, you will work closely with our creative team on content across different formats and platforms, where AI and new creative technology are a natural part of production. You are creative, structured, and experienced in creating and producing digital content, from idea and script to finished material and publishing.\nYour key responsibilities include:\nCreate and produce visual content using a range of creative tools\nEdit video, images, and 3D material\nWork with content through the entire process, from idea and script to finished delivery\nPublish and distribute content on YouTube and other social platforms\nWrite engaging scripts, headlines, and calls to action\nContribute ideas and concepts together with our creative team\nEnsure quality and a consistent visual and communicative tone\nRequirements\nExperience in content production, digital media, or a similar creative field\nCreative, self-driven, and able to independently take ideas and projects from concept to execution\nStrong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in parallel\nA strong visual eye and a good sense of storytelling, format, and audience\nExperience with relevant creative and editing tools, such as Photoshop, CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar\nA good understanding of social media, digital formats, and what makes content engaging and effective\nCurious about AI and emerging technologies, with an interest in exploring how they can be applied to creative workflows\nAn interest in digital media, entertainment, and the wider creative industry\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment where tools, formats, and ways of working are constantly evolving\nExcellent written and spoken English, with English as a primary working language\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nWe believe that bringing people together from different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives makes for a healthy workplace, a more successful business, and a better world.
