Through structured problem solving, root cause analysis, and clear follow up, you will help ensure that improvements are implemented, sustained, and create long term value.\nHow You Will Make an Impact\nLead data-driven improvement projects and make sure activities are prioritized based on business needs, strategic goals, and performance impact.\nDrive and accelerate problem solving within Operations using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to address recurring issues and ensure lessons learned are shared across the organization.\nApply Lean Six Sigma (L6S) and other relevant improvement methods to identify waste, improve processes, and clarify responsibilities and interfaces between teams.\nEnsure clear governance, visualization, and regular follow up of improvement activities, ensuring results are measured against expected outcomes.\nEnable alignment and effective cross-functional collaboration by clarifying responsibilities, interfaces, and agreed ways of working.\nStrengthen the continuous improvement culture by coaching managers and teams in Continuous Improvement and Lean Six Sigma methods.\n\nYour Background\nYou are a clear and confident communicator who enjoys collaboration with people across different functions and levels of the organization.\nFluency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is a mandatory requirement for this role due to the close collaboration with production.
