Your focus will be to drive and follow up improvement initiatives, develop LEAN capabilities and support the plant in improving productivity, quality and cost efficiency.\nMain responsibilities\n\nDrive and follow up continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives.\n\nDevelop employees' competence in LEAN and continuous improvement with trainings and workshops\n\nMonitor KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.\n\nDevelop visualization and digitalization of production KPIs, including OEE.\n\nCoordinate and follow up cost-saving and improvement activities.\n\nFacilitate improvement activities and structured problem solving.\n\nCollaborate with Value Stream Technicians and colleagues within the LEAN\/OPEX organization.\n\nPlan, develop, and coordinate audit schedules according to Gnutti Carlo GEAR requirements\n\nYour Profile\nYou are structured, analytical and data-driven with a strong interest in continuous improvement. You enjoy working close to production and have the ability to engage and collaborate with people across different functions and levels of the organization.\nQualifications\n\nTechnical background in production, industrial or mechanical engineering, or equivalent experience.\n\nExperience from manufacturing or a similar production environment.\n\nExperience in LEAN and continuous improvement.\n\nKnowledge of LEAN tools such as 5S, AM, PM, Kaizen and Value Stream Mapping (VSM).\n\nGood communication skills in Swedish and English.\n\nExperience from the automotive or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
