Swedwatch's controller leads budget and follow-up work, and provides staff, management, the board, and funders with necessary reports. The role also includes responsibility for risk assessment, compliance, and audit processes.\n\nAbout You\nWe are looking for someone who makes it easy for colleagues and non-finance professionals to do the right thing, whether it concerns project budgets or reporting to major donors. You create understanding and trust in the management of collected funds, while with your strategic approach contributing to the development of new approaches and solutions for financing Swedwatch's activities.\nTo succeed in this role, you need to be a driven, structured, and meticulous finance professional with strong collaboration skills. You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and are accustomed to meeting deadlines.
