This is a full-time fixed-term position for approximately 10 months, starting in December 2026, with the possibility of extension.\nYour role\nAs Controller Planning & Analysis, you will have a varied role where you combine financial analysis with an interest in data, technology and business development. Together with your colleagues, you will contribute to forecasting, budgeting, management reporting and analysis, while gaining broad insight into E.ON's financial and operational performance.\nAn important part of your role will be to create transparency around our performance by following up financial and operational KPIs against our targets. You will also have the opportunity to develop our analyses and contribute to smarter and more efficient ways of working through digitalization, automation and new technology.\nIn your role, you will:\nContribute to forecasting, budgeting, management reporting and financial analysis.\nAnalyze financial and operational performance and turn data into insights that support decision-making.\nDevelop analyses that help us understand our performance, both internally and in relation to competitors.\nContribute to the digital development of Controlling through standardization, dashboards, automation and AI.\n\nWho we are looking for\nWe believe you have a relevant academic degree in finance, business administration or a related field and an interest in how data and technology can be used within finance. You have gained some relevant professional experience, preferably within controlling, financial analysis or finance-related systems in a larger or complex organization. Experience with SAP, planning tools, Qlik Sense or similar business intelligence tools is beneficial.\nYou are curious and motivated by challenges that help both you and the business develop. With an analytical mindset and a genuine interest in technology, you enjoy understanding the bigger picture and connecting financial insights with business needs. You communicate complex financial topics in a clear and accessible way and are comfortable sharing your perspectives with others. Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you value working together, sharing knowledge and learning from others to achieve shared goals. As digitalization and technology continue to shape our finance function, we hope you share our curiosity for smarter and more efficient ways of working.
