You have a special responsibility for the financial follow-up of the company's real estate projects within renovation, maintenance, and new construction in close collaboration with administration, operations, and real estate development.\n\nThe work involves preparing and quality-assuring investment calculations, monitoring costs and forecasts, and ensuring correct handling in the income statement and balance sheet, including capitalization in the fixed asset register and assessment of investment versus maintenance. In dialogue with managers and project leaders, you function as a financial partner and contribute with analysis and structure on matters relating to investments and ongoing operations.\n\nYou also participate in the work with internal reports, key performance analyses, and monthly, interim, and annual closing statements. However, the most important thing is your background and your ability to independently work with financial follow-up of real estate projects. You have experience in controlling at real estate companies and have worked with residential real estate. The role requires work with project or real estate controlling with a link to investments. You are experienced with investment calculations, project follow-up, and capitalization in the fixed asset register and have a good understanding of how investments affect the income statement and balance sheet.
