You ensure that leadership and operations have relevant and reliable financial information to make well-founded decisions. The role involves substantial personal responsibility and is suited for someone who enjoys working with details while also being able to step back and understand what the numbers mean for the business.\n\nYour Main Responsibilities:\nBudgeting, forecasting, and ongoing financial monitoring\nMonthly reporting and analysis of the company's financial results\nAnalysis and monitoring of results, costs, margins, and variances\nDevelopment and monitoring of relevant financial KPIs\nLiquidity planning and cash flow monitoring\nFinancial planning and economic management\nFinancial inventory reconciliations and analysis of inventory-related variances\nMonitoring and analysis of inventory value, inventory changes, and related metrics\nPreparing decision-making materials for leadership and operations\nProfitability analyses and financial impact assessments\nSupporting managers and other functions on financial matters\nDeveloping and improving financial processes, reports, and analysis tools\nEnsuring quality and structure in the company's financial reporting\nCollaboration with the function or external party responsible for day-to-day accounting\nContributing an economic perspective to the company's strategic and operational development\n\nWe're Looking for Someone Who:\nWe seek someone with:\nUniversity or college degree in economics, finance, or equivalent\nAt least 5 years of experience working as a Controller\nSolid experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial monitoring\nExperience with financial reporting and economic analysis\nGood understanding of income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis\nExperience with liquidity planning and financial management\nGood understanding of inventory accounting, valuation, and financial inventory reconciliations\nVery strong Excel skills and experience working with business systems\nStrong ability to present and explain financial information to non-financial audiences\nExcellent Swedish and English language skills, both verbal and written\n\nExperience from a small or medium-sized company where you had broad financial responsibility is a merit.
