We combine technical expertise with work experience from schools to change the world.\n\nAbout the Role\nAs a Corporate System Administrator, you will play an important role in maintaining and developing IST's internal IT environment. Together with your colleagues in Corporate IT, you will ensure that our systems, devices and services operate securely, efficiently and with high availability.\nYou will support employees across multiple countries and work closely with both internal stakeholders and external vendors. The role combines hands-on operational work with continuous improvements of processes, systems and ways of working.\nYour responsibilities will include:\nProviding technical support and assistance for software, hardware and computer systems\nEnsuring a stable, secure and well-functioning IT environment\nManaging and maintaining corporate IT systems and services\nDeploying, configuring and updating laptops, mobile devices and software\nSupporting IT operations, security and network-related activities\nMonitoring and improving operational procedures and routines\nHandling hardware procurement, deliveries and lifecycle management\nCollaborating with vendors and external partners\nContributing to continuous improvements and modernization of our IT environment\n\nAbout You\nWe believe you are a service-minded and technically skilled professional who enjoys solving problems and supporting colleagues. You take ownership of your work, are eager to learn and thrive in environments where collaboration and continuous improvement are important.\nYour experience and skills:\nRelevant education within IT, Computer Science or equivalent experience\nSeveral years of experience working with IT operations, infrastructure, security or networks\nExperience from IT support and system administration\nGood knowledge of Microsoft environments, including Microsoft 365, Active Directory and device management\nExperience with Windows and Mac environments\nExperience with Intune, networking or security solutions is considered an advantage\nAbility to work independently while being a strong team player\nStrong communication skills in English, both written and spoken\nSwedish language skills are considered an advantage\n\nApply\nThis is a full-time, permanent position based at our HQ in V\u00e4xj\u00f6.
