You work closely with other Service Desk agents and support technicians to provide users with fast and professional support.\nWork hours are currently Monday through Friday between 07:00\u201316:00, with the possibility of 08:00\u201317:00 in the future based on operational needs.\nYour Background\nWe are looking for someone with strong knowledge of the Cosmic patient journal system through practical daily use or by having trained users in the system.
