You work to identify, analyze, and manage security incidents, develop processes and procedures to meet new threats, and continuously train and educate our employees in dealing with today's advanced cyber threats.\nThe role does not include formal personnel responsibility, but you have a clear responsibility to coordinate, guide, and support the resources working operationally in the cybersecurity center as well as employees working to continuously strengthen our operational capabilities. You will be an operational leader and contribute to planning, prioritizing, and following up on work that strengthens our detection, incident response, and response capabilities. Training, testing, and supporting the organization on security matters is also part of our work to protect national critical infrastructure.\nYou will be part of the Information and Cybersecurity group, with employees located in both Karlstad and Stockholm, working according to a clear, agile model with structure and speed.\nWe are tomorrow's security department\u2014constantly ready to challenge traditional ways of working and implement innovative solutions, both in our systems and in how we collaborate across functions.
