You have experience leading staff, coordinating operations, and driving development initiatives. You also need administrative experience and knowledge of process and project management.\nYou are confident in your leadership and have experience handling complex situations, difficult conversations, conflicts, and situations where different needs and perspectives must be balanced. You can make decisions, create clarity, and at the same time build trust and strong relationships.\nYou have solid knowledge of dance and ballet and a clear commitment to how dance education can develop through both artistic and pedagogical quality.
