The successful candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working across both technical and commercial aspects of a growing Data Center environment.\n \nWhat You'll Do\nOperational Planning & Coordination\nManage and maintain maintenance schedules for site assets and infrastructure.\nCoordinate planned maintenance activities, corrective repairs, and supplier visits.\nSupport the daily operational activities related to the Data Center expansion.\nMonitor work orders and ensure maintenance activities are completed within agreed timelines.\nCoordinate vendors and contractors to ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with site requirements.\nMonitor vendor performance and compliance with contractual, operational, safety, and quality requirements.\nAct as a key point of contact for suppliers supporting the expansion area.\nBuild and maintain effective relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.\nParticipate in operational review meetings with customers and suppliers and ensure clear communication between all parties.\nSupport audits, compliance reviews, documentation management, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nPromote a strong culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.\nFinancial & Contract Support\nCreate and manage Purchase Orders (POs).\nProcess and track invoices, ensuring timely approval and payment.\nMonitor costs and maintain budget trackers for the assigned area.\nAssist with monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and financial planning activities.\nPrepare and present monthly and quarterly operational and financial reports.\nDevelop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and performance trackers to improve financial management standards.\nProvide financial and operational analysis to support decision-making.\nAssist with monthly and annual financial reporting requirements.\nSupport supplier onboarding, contract administration, and record management.\nIdentify opportunities for operational and commercial improvements that support customer and business objectives.\nWhat You'll Need\nExperience in contract support, facilities management, operations coordination, technical planning, finance administration, or a similar role.\nStrong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nExperience with purchase orders, invoicing, cost tracking, budgeting, and reporting.\nAbility to interpret and manage maintenance schedules and service plans.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.\nAbility to work independently while coordinating multiple stakeholders and suppliers.\nStrong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.\nExperience within Data Centers, Critical Facilities, Facilities Management, Engineering Services, or Technical Services environments is desirable but not essential.\nThe Ideal Candidate\n \nWe're not looking for someone who has mastered every aspect of this role.
