Projects include technical systems, rail vehicles, depots, power supply, as well as traffic and control systems.\nIn this role, you are responsible for ensuring structured, uniform, and high-quality management of technical documentation throughout the project's various phases \u2013 from design and construction documentation to production and handover documentation.\n \nThe Role\nAs a Data Coordinator, you will work closely with project managers, technical specialists, suppliers, and other stakeholders. You will have a central role in creating structure and ensuring that the project's technical documentation is managed according to applicable processes and requirements.\nAn important part of the assignment is also to inventory and investigate existing drawing documentation. Therefore, it is important that you have a good understanding of technical documentation and experience with the structure of physical drawing archives in rail transit.\nYou will work in systems such as Athena and Avima, among others.\n \nMain Responsibilities\nCoordinate digital and physical deliveries of construction documentation from design to production.\nEnsure that technical documents are handled according to applicable processes for case and document management.\nEnsure correct check-in and check-out as well as review of facility documentation.\nResponsible for deliveries of handover documentation and operations and maintenance data to relevant facility managers.\nAdminister and document data coordination meetings with design suppliers.\nReport to project managers and coordinate work with other project members.\nParticipate in project meetings and stay informed about project progress.\n\n \nThis is a consulting assignment and you will be employed by us at A-Talent Tech Stockholm.
