Our GenAI ecosystem includes solutions such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise, Claude Code and Synthesia.\nAs the use of Generative AI grows across Husqvarna Group, our focus is on ensuring that these technologies are adopted responsibly, managed effectively and create real business value across the organization.\nYou will work closely with the other GenAI Delivery Lead, as well as stakeholders across business, technology, security and transformation.\nAbout The Role\nAs Delivery Lead \u2013 GenAI Business Solutions, you will take the business-facing lead for Husqvarna Group's portfolio of third-party Generative AI tools.\nYou will engage with teams and leaders across Husqvarna Group to understand their needs and identify where GenAI can improve productivity, collaboration, content creation and software development. Software development will be an important part of your scope, and you will work closely with developer teams to understand their needs and help enable the effective use of GenAI tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.\nA central part of the role is adoption and enablement. Together with Learning & Development and other stakeholders, you will drive workshops, training, communication and other initiatives that help employees understand and make effective use of GenAI.\nYou will also own strategic relationships with GenAI technology partners such as Microsoft, OpenAI, Anthropic and Synthesia. Together with Procurement and Finance, you will work with licensing, commercial discussions, renewals and optimization to ensure our technology investments deliver the expected value.\nAs the GenAI landscape continues to evolve, you will evaluate new capabilities and market offerings and help determine which opportunities are relevant for Husqvarna Group. Together with the Delivery Lead \u2013 GenAI Platforms & Governance, you will align business demand with licensing strategy, service design, governance and the future platform roadmap.\nAbout You\nYou are a curious and business-oriented leader who understands how technology can create value for people and organizations.\nYou combine a solid understanding of the GenAI landscape with strong stakeholder and relationship-building skills. You are comfortable discussing technology and use cases without needing to be an AI engineer yourself.\nYou are comfortable working with software development organizations and understand the language, needs and ways of working of developer teams. You don't need to be a hands-on developer today.\nYou know how to create engagement around new technology, influence without formal authority and turn ideas into practical action. You are equally comfortable engaging senior leaders, facilitating workshops and working with vendors.\nYour Skills And Background\n8+ years of professional experience within IT, digital transformation, technology delivery or related environments.\nStrong understanding of the Generative AI ecosystem and hands-on familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or similar solutions.\nExperience from software development environments or working closely with developer teams, with the ability to understand their requirements, language and ways of working.\nExperience driving technology adoption, digital transformation, software rollouts or technology-enabled change.\nStrong stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders across functions and levels.\nExperience identifying business needs and translating them into technology opportunities, priorities and initiatives.\nExperience driving adoption and enablement through workshops, training and communication.\nExperience working with technology vendors and external partners, ideally including licensing, commercial discussions, procurement or contract-related activities.\nAbility to evaluate technology investments from a business value and value-realization perspective.\nStrong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to make complex technology understandable and relevant to different audiences.\nFluency in English, both written and spoken.\n\nExperience working directly with enterprise GenAI tools or large-scale AI adoption is highly valued, but experience leading the adoption of other emerging technologies combined with strong GenAI knowledge is also relevant.\nLocation\nThis position will be based at one of our sites in Sweden: Huskvarna, Stockholm, or Jonsered.\nHow We Work\nWe believe the best ideas happen when we're connected.
