You will be developing standard solutions for our range of textile products in the contexts of Home Furnishing accessory businesses and support achievement of IKEA material and Range strategy goals. As the Design Engineer in the team, you are involved in developing and documenting engineering solutions (such as fabric constructions, accessories etc.). You will be joining a great team, always pushing boundaries with finding new ways and methods, simulation tools and strong verification approach. Giving and taking responsibility, leadership and working with people have a large focus in this role.\nAnd of course: it is a lot of fun!\nQualifications\n\n\nWe are looking for you who have at least 3 years of hands-on experience with fabrics and textile products, covering development, production and materials. You have most likely worked in the textile industry, in a business development unit or closely with textile production.
