In this role you will be at the forefront of developing next-generation power solutions for the Internet & Cloud infrastructure and AI \u2013 focusing on advanced DC\/DC conversion and power electronics.  \nThis is a unique opportunity for someone with deep technical knowledge in PCB Design for power electronics who wants to work hands-on with cutting-edge technologies and global hyper-scalers.\nYou will be part of our so-called support team, which takes on assignments from the four design teams that we currently have on site in Kalmar.\nYou will be introduced to the work by our senior PCB developer and will after that work in our so-called support team which takes on tasks from our four product design teams. We follow a SCRUM similar way of working with planning once a month and follow-ups a couple of times per week.\nThe PCB development work is an iterative process where the PCB designer works closely together with the team's simulation engineers who will perform FEM simulations \u2013 both electronic and mechanical \u2013 on your design\nWhat a typical day looks like: \nYou will do PCB Design for new power module products.\nPCB Design of testboards.\nUpdate and evaluation of design rules.\n\nThe experience we're looking to add to our team:\nB.Sc or M.Sc in electronics or relevant working experience.\nExperience from PCB and electronic design.\nFluent English.\n\nWhat you'll receive for the great work you provide: \nKnowledge within EMC, signal integrity and\/or wave theory.\nA role at the forefront of technology in AI and data center infrastructure.\nA chance to influence product development from concept to launch.\nKnowledge in production technique of PCB.\nKnowledge in standards for PCB production.\nExperience of Cadence Allegro PCB Editor.\n\n\n\nJob Category\nDesign, Process & Technology EngineeringRequired Skills:\nOptional Skills:\nFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
