The ambition is for the team to grow over time, and you'll have the opportunity to set structure, working methods, and technical direction from the start.\nYou will, among other things\nDesign and further develop our Kubernetes platform\nWork with scalability, availability, and performance in production\nAutomate provisioning, deployment, and operations\nFurther develop our CI\/CD and GitOps environment\nWork with monitoring, logging, and observability\nOperate and optimize SQL databases in large, high-availability environments\nImprove how we handle incidents, redundancy, and recovery\nMake technical decisions regarding cloud infrastructure and platform architecture\nSet standards and best practices for DevOps together with the development team\nIn the longer term, help recruit, coach, and develop the DevOps team\n\n\n\nWe Believe You Have\nSeveral years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production\nGood understanding of Linux, networking, and distributed systems\nExperience with CI\/CD, for example GitHub Actions\nExperience with monitoring and observability, for example Prometheus and Grafana\nExperience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or equivalent cloud platform\nExperience with SQL databases in production environments\nAbility to troubleshoot complex problems and understand the full chain from infrastructure to application\nStrong technical interest and desire to improve, automate, and simplify\n\n\n\nYou don't need to have been a manager before.
