This is a varied role combining digital marketing consulting for Blynthor's clients with product growth work for Vacation Buddy, including its expansion into the United Kingdom and selected European markets.\nYou will work directly with Blynthor's founders and have real influence over how the company's marketing function develops. This is well suited to someone early-to-mid career who wants broad exposure across consulting and product marketing, rather than a narrow, single-channel specialist role.\n\n\nMain duties\nPlan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for clients and for Vacation Buddy\nManage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok\nConduct market, competitor, keyword, and audience research\nWork with SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email marketing\nAnalyze campaign performance, website traffic, conversions, and customer acquisition\nPrepare reports, insights, and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders\nSupport CRM and marketing automation activities\nUse AI-powered tools for research, content creation, analytics, and campaign optimization\n\n\n\nQualifications\nRequired:\n2\u20134 years of professional experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent professional experience\nHands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, and SEM\nStrong analytical skills and problem-solving ability\nStrong written and verbal English communication skills\nAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work directly with clients\n\n\n\nMeritorious (advantageous, not required):\nMaster's degree in Digital Marketing\nExperience in a digital marketing agency or consulting environment\nUK or international digital marketing experience\nExperience with SaaS, mobile apps, or digital platforms\nLinkedIn Campaign Manager or TikTok Ads experience\nCRM\/marketing automation, email or content marketing experience\nConversion rate optimization and A\/B testing experience\n\n\n\nWhat we offer\nA varied role spanning digital marketing consulting and product growth\nDirect collaboration with the founders and real influence over how the marketing function is built\nHands-on involvement in expanding Vacation Buddy into the UK and European markets\nExposure to a range of clients, industries, and technology\/AI-driven projects\nHybrid work arrangement (2\u20133 days\/week from home)\n\n\n\nHow to apply\nSend the following to careers@blynthor.se:\nYour CV\/r\u00e9sum\u00e9\nA short cover letter explaining your interest in the role.
