Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (including central teams, GSI leaders, and regional stakeholders), lead a high-performing team of Regional Business Process Experts (rBPEs), and foster a culture of continuous improvement and tool adoption.\nYou'll specifically take care of overseeing new information systems implementation and ensuring the usability of Global System Integrator (GSI) tools across all deployed entities, but also facilitating the creation and development of key user networks.\nWe'll look to you for:\nLeading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team of RBPEs.\nCoordinating closely with GSI leaders in each country to ensure project implementation aligns with local business needs.\nOverseeing the submission of gap analyses before new information system implementations.\nSupporting site teams in training, coaching key users, and executing rollouts.\nMonitoring incidents and defects, validating solutions, and coordinating issue resolutions.\nDriving process upgrades and ensuring adherence to established process models.\n\n\n\nAll about you\nWe value passion and attitude over experience.
