You should naturally share our common values.\n\nAbout the Operation\nVallentuna, together with Nyn\u00e4shamn Municipality, operates a digitalization and skills development project financed by the European Social Fund - \"Ett digitalt kliv\" (A Digital Step). The project is organizationally located within the Municipal Administration Office's digitalization unit, where you are one of several project members. The target groups are found throughout the municipality's organization. The role reports to the ESF Project Manager and the Digitalization Manager.\n\nResponsibilities\nAs a digitalization coach, you are responsible for education and skills development initiatives with a special focus on AI, data analysis, and digital work methods. You plan and conduct training, workshops, and other learning initiatives that strengthen employees' ability to use AI and data in their daily work.\n\nA central part of the assignment is to make AI and data concrete and useful for the operation. You help operations identify how AI and data can contribute to more efficient work methods, better analyses and decision-making support, and increased operational value.\n\nThe training initiatives are directed both broadly to the municipality's employees and to specific professional groups and functions based on their needs and circumstances.\n\nAs a digitalization coach, you work to educate and strengthen employees' digital capabilities. You prepare presentations and exercises for training sessions, as well as conduct them.\n\nAs part of the role, you also engage in process mapping of work processes in workshop format and, together with work groups, identify digitalization opportunities. You support operations in translating new knowledge into practical use and changed work methods, and contribute a change management perspective to create understanding, participation, and buy-in.\n\nBased on the project's and operations' needs, you may also be tasked with coordinating or leading smaller digitalization initiatives and projects.\n\nQualifications\nWe are looking for someone who has:\nRelevant post-secondary education in IT, systems science, data analysis, or other experience the employer deems equivalent.\nExperience planning and conducting training, workshops, or other skills development initiatives.\nExperience using generative AI in practice and training and coaching others on how AI can be applied to concrete use cases and work methods.\nExperience with data analysis and data visualization in tools such as Power BI or equivalent, and the ability to educate and support others in this area.\nBasic knowledge of information security, data protection, and regulations related to data use, digital services, and AI.\nVery good Swedish language skills and good English language skills, both spoken and written.\n\nIt is meritorious if you have:\nWorked with change management in connection with digitalization, operations development, or implementation of new work methods.\nManaged a project or digitalization initiative.\nWorked with operations development and process mapping.\nWorked in municipal or other public operations.\nWorked with process automation, for example through Power Automate.\nGood knowledge of Microsoft 365 and the digital workplace.\n\nPersonal Qualities\nYou work toward results, demonstrate reliability, and take responsibility for planning and follow-up of your work.\nYou strengthen relationships by helping others, collaborating, following rules and processes, and sharing information.\nYou develop, improve, seek solutions, learning, and knowledge on your own initiative.\nYou are the link, provide service, show loyalty internally and externally, and monitor the environment.\nCommon values are evident in your interactions.\n\nTo succeed in this role, you need to be pedagogical and communicative with the ability to make digitalization and technology understandable and relevant for people with different roles and levels of digital experience.\nYou work in a structured and independent manner and have the ability to drive activities from planning through implementation and follow-up.\n\nWe place great emphasis on personal suitability.\n\nInformation\nAs an employer, we want to benefit from the qualities that equal gender distribution and cultural diversity bring.
