We also have a child health center and family center.\nHealth Center City is located in the center of Eskilstuna.\nPrimary care on-call services are provided on weekends at Health Center City's premises in collaboration with other health centers in Eskilstuna.\nWe work with the Near Care transformation, which means that we co-create with residents and shift focus to working more person-centered, cohesive, proactive, and health-promoting.\n\nYour Responsibilities\nThe work consists of a constant variety of tasks such as telephone advice, digital care contacts, and clinic visits. On-call shifts at the primary care clinic occur. You manage your own work but also contribute to the overall function of the health center and develop the operations together with us. We apply working hours that give you the opportunity, within given parameters, to influence your working hours as far as operations allow.\nYour responsibilities include collaboration with other professionals regarding simple and complex conditions, telephone advice, clinical assessments and interventions with a person-centered approach. You make independent assessments, perform examinations, and triage to the appropriate level of care.
