The division brings together several businesses with different histories, needs and ways of working. Your role is to help them develop in a shared direction while turning divisional initiatives into practical and lasting improvements.\nReporting directly to the Head of Division, you will work closely with the division management team. You will be in regular contact with business leaders, production managers, sales leaders and other functional heads across the international organisation. You will also collaborate with corporate specialists within areas such as quality, sustainability and compliance.\nThe role includes travel to international operations, amounting to up to approximately 15 percent of your working time.\n\nYour focus areas\nYour role is to implement, drive and follow up on programmes across several divisional areas. You will develop processes, introduce new ways of working and build structures that make progress visible and easier to act on.\nYour work will include:\nQuality and business improvement, developing processes, performance indicators, management systems and internal audit practices\nSustainability and sustainability reporting, collecting, validating and consolidating data while following up on goals and activities\nCustomer satisfaction, leading the annual customer survey and helping the businesses turn insights into concrete improvements\nRisk management and business continuity, following up on risks and strengthening the organisation's ability to prevent and respond to major disruptions\nChange management, creating understanding and commitment when common processes and initiatives are introduced across different parts of the organisation\nAI and digital ways of working, identifying and testing new ways to improve analysis, reporting, consolidation and recurring processes\n\nThe role also touches on product compliance, trade compliance, document control and other shared regulatory requirements.\nThe scope is broad by design. You are not expected to be an expert in every area from day one. What matters is that you bring a solid foundation in quality improvement and organisational change, along with the curiosity and drive to keep learning.\n\nWe are looking for someone who\nHas a relevant university degree or equivalent post secondary education\nHas experience in quality improvement and has helped implement or improve processes, ways of working and follow up models\nHas worked with change management and understands that lasting change requires structure, communication and commitment\nIs comfortable working with performance indicators, analysis and follow up\nHas an interest in sustainability, customer satisfaction and operational improvement\nAlready uses AI to make everyday work more effective and can share examples of how you have applied it\nCommunicates confidently in English, both verbally and in writing\n\nExperience from industrial operations, manufacturing, quality management systems or an international organisation is an advantage.\nYou are curious, driven and comfortable taking initiative. You enjoy stepping into new areas, making sense of complex information and following an idea all the way through to real change.\nBuilding trust comes naturally to you, and you know how to adapt your communication between senior leaders, specialists and local teams.
