The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, organizing and maintaining all project documentation in line with company, client and regulatory requirements.\n \nRole Responsibilities\n \n\u00b7       Maintain and control all project related documentation (drawings, specifications, procedures)\n\u00b7       Ensure all documents are accurately filed and accessible by stakeholders\n\u00b7       Preparing formal project progress and other reports\n\u00b7       Track, log and distribute documentation across various teams\n\u00b7       Ensure compliance with project-specific document systems\n\u00b7       Supporting audits by providing accurate document record and traceability\n\u00b7       Monitor outstanding document actions, issuing reminders to responsible parties\n\u00b7       Provide document control guidance when required\n \nCandidate Profile\n \nExperience\n \n\u00b7       Previous experience as a Document Controller within Data Centre space\n\u00b7       Strong Knowledge of document control procedures, QA\/QC standards and ISO requirement\n\u00b7       Experience and knowledge of the main project management concepts, reporting, tools and techniques\n\u00b7       Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear explanations\n\u00b7       Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information\n \n \nBehaviours\n \n\u00b7       Recognized as a client focused, positive collaborator who shares knowledge freely and offers support to their peers and seniors.
