As Operations Manager for the reception, you are also responsible for leading and driving the daily work and contributing to the department's development in accordance with Camp Ripan's values, goals, and vision. This means you organize, inspire, and lead the work at the reception and ensure that tasks are executed efficiently and with high quality. You're responsible for scheduling and staffing, and for contributing to a positive and efficient work environment by being an important team player and collaborating with other departments to achieve common goals and ensure a complete experience for our guests.\nWho are we looking for?\nWe're looking for someone who is a natural leader and enjoys working closely with both guests and employees. You are structured, solution-oriented, and have a strong commitment to service and sustainability. You have a natural sense of hospitality, are service-oriented, and can handle a sometimes fast-paced environment. You enjoy having extra responsibility and are happy to take initiative to ensure that operations run smoothly.
