We are a smaller facility with 2-4 employees depending on the season.\nWe are now looking for someone who wants to take responsibility for the daily operations and staff team at the facility.\nWith us, you become part of a close-knit group where we support each other and see opportunities and help in other areas of the mountain station if needed. Our core values \u2013 considerate, curious, genuine, professional, and committed \u2013 run through everything we do.\nWhat does the role entail?\nOperationally lead and participate in facility operations and ensure that established routines are followed\n\n\nTogether with the area manager, establish and implement operational plans and budgets\n\n\nDevelop the offering based on the facility's operational and activity plans\n\n\nOngoing financial work and personnel administration\n\n\nRecruitment, hiring, onboarding, and development of staff\n\n\nRepresent and be an ambassador for STF\n\n\nSupport other mountain stations and your colleagues in other tasks\n\n\nAnd other relevant work tasks at the facility and in the organization.\nWho are you?\nYou enjoy working operationally and are comfortable being close to both guests and staff in day-to-day work\n\n\nYou have a structured work approach, good planning ability, and are on top of both routines and finances\n\n\nYou take great responsibility for your work tasks and overall results\n\n\nYou are solution-oriented, unpretentious, and value good collaboration\n\n\nYou have good knowledge of Swedish and English.
