Together with a colleague, you have a central role in developing and following up our service agreements and ensuring that our suppliers deliver according to the agreement with high quality.\nYou become an important link between facilities contractors, technical developers, and administration. Through close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, you contribute to creating a robust, safe, and cost-effective facilities operation.\nPlease read about our benefits here; you will also find information about regulations regarding salary and compensation.\nYour responsibilities\nYou will, among other things:\nfollow up and ensure quality of the operational delivery within facilities management and grounds maintenance\nrepresent Regionfastigheter in ongoing collaboration with facilities contractors\ncontribute to the development of agreements and working methods together with the agreements manager and technical developer\ndevelop routines and processes for safe and efficient facilities management\ncoordinate contact channels with facilities contractors during special events and crisis situations\nbe responsible for budgeting and forecasting within facilities management and grounds maintenance.\n\nYou work closely with colleagues in, among other areas, property management, real estate economics, operations, and building projects. You have good knowledge of ABFF and experience managing complex properties.\nExperience with contract follow-up is meritorious.\nYou express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and have good digital skills.
