This is an important and coordinating role where you become a central point of contact between private customers, internal functions, and the technicians who perform the work.\n\nYou will work with incoming customer inquiries from private customers. Reception takes the customer's initial contact and forwards the information to you. You are then responsible for understanding the problem, following up with the customer, and assessing how the case should be handled.\n\nCases can involve, for example, sewage blockages, broken or cracked pipes, renovations where water needs to be shut off, or the need to send out plumbers\/HVAC technicians or technicians with cameras for inspection.\n\nTherefore, you need to have a basic understanding of HVAC and water\/sewage systems to ask the right questions, understand the customer's problem, and ensure the correct action is taken.\n\nThe role is largely administrative and coordinating, but with a clear technical focus. You need to be able to make assessments, prioritize between different types of cases, and keep the customer at the center of focus.\n\nYou will primarily work in the systems Cityworks and Artwise, along with an additional system. The role also involves billing private customers, which is why an understanding of economics and good IT skills are valuable.\n\nThere are three different areas\/roles within the function that staff rotate between week by week. The role is complex and requires you to quickly understand the organization's working methods and make well-founded prioritizations.\n\nYour Tasks:\n\nReceive and follow up on incoming customer inquiries\n\nContact the customer to confirm receipt of the case and create a clear picture of the problem\n\nAssess and prioritize cases based on priority levels 1\u20133\n\nDetermine what type of action is required\n\nCoordinate, for example, plumbers, HVAC technicians, or camera inspections\n\nHandle cases involving, for example, sewage blockages, pipe damage, and water shut-offs\n\nDocument and follow up on cases in Cityworks, Artwise, and other IT systems\n\nMaintain ongoing contact with private customers via phone and in writing\n\nHandle billing to private customers\n\nCollaborate with the operations and maintenance organization\n\nPrioritize and structure work when multiple cases come in simultaneously\n\nContribute to ensuring customers receive the right help in the right place at the right time\n\nAbout You\nWe are looking for someone who is pragmatic, thorough, and solution-oriented and who thrives with taking responsibility. You need to find it easy to communicate with people while also being able to make technical assessments and prioritize when the situation requires it.\n\nSince the role involves many simultaneous cases, it is important that you are organized, structured, and skilled at prioritizing.
