You report to the distribution operations manager, and your responsibilities include:\n\nResponsibility for the department\/shift's KPIs, planning, staffing, work environment, and training.\nYou have personnel responsibility and lead continuous workplace meetings, handle work environment issues, conduct employee conversations, manage union relations, and work methodically and efficiently with rehabilitation matters.\nCreate clarity, establish and develop routines and structures so that the shift\/department and P\u00e5gen reach set goals.\nEnsure that the shift, together with other departments, maintains the bakery's high standards for quality and hygiene.\nIn your work, you act in accordance with the company's goals, values, and principles.\n\nWho are you?\nWe are looking for an unpretentious, honest, and decisive leader who, in line with one of P\u00e5gen's nine principles, strives to become a little better every day.
