Welcome with your application!\n \nJob Responsibilities\nAs a facilities technician you work with operation, supervision and maintenance of the municipality's properties and technical installations. You work both preventively and handling errors and disruptions that occur in daily operations.\nYour work includes for example:\ncarrying out ongoing supervision, operation and minor maintenance of technical systems such as heating and ventilation\ntroubleshooting and resolving operational problems\nhandling fault reports and work orders\ndocumenting completed actions and following up on operations\nliaisoning with operations, contractors and other partners\nsnow removal, sanding and gritting during winter\nmaintenance of green spaces and flower beds during summer\n\n\nQualifications\nWe are looking for someone with relevant technical education in for example facilities engineering, plumbing and heating, energy, property management or other education that the employer considers equivalent.
