The role involves you being the municipality's face outward within waste management and an important environmental educator in meeting our customers. Our customers should always feel confident that we handle their waste in the best possible way for the environment. You will be part of driving the facility toward better sorting and reduced waste volumes to reduce the carbon footprint of Lerum residents.\n\nDaily work involves active customer interaction and managing the recycling park's operations and maintenance in an efficient, economical, and environmentally responsible manner. Since the customer is the focus at our recycling park, it is important that you provide excellent service. You have a responsible approach and can follow applicable safety procedures and occupational health regulations.
