We are now looking for an experienced and engaged Facilities Technician for our operations and maintenance assignment with this customer in Lundby. Apply for this position!\n\n\nBarona is now seeking, on behalf of a customer, an engaged and driven Facilities Technician in Gothenburg.\nAs a Facilities Technician, you will work with a variety of tasks within the scope of our operations and maintenance assignment for the customer \u2013 for example, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration. You will become an important and valuable part of a motivated team. The work is performed both independently and together with other colleagues in the group.\nTogether with your colleagues, you are responsible for ensuring that the customer's offices and properties convey an overall experience of a safe, attractive and sustainable workplace for employees and visitors. Employment level \u2013 100% and work is performed during daytime, Monday through Friday.\nYour tasks include:\n\nSupervision and maintenance of the properties' operating systems.\nPrimarily corrective maintenance of heating, ventilation and control systems.\nLong-term planned maintenance in the properties.\nWork with operation, development and optimization of the property's systems.\nOngoing improvement work and some documentation.\nParticipating in various customer projects.\nPerforming assignment-based work beyond the contract.\nBeing an active initiator in daily work to improve and develop our delivery, both internally and to the customer.\n\n\nYour Profile\n\nYou have education in the field and at least 5 years of experience in property operations. We also see that you have experience and knowledge in areas such as control systems, electrical, plumbing and refrigeration. Preferably in-depth knowledge of ventilation. Experience with refrigeration is considered highly advantageous. We also consider it advantageous if you have a crane operator card, lift card and forklift card, Hot work certification and Fall protection training.
