Welcome to become part of KLP!\n\nThe Role\nAs a facilities technician, you'll be an important part of the daily operations at KLP Fastigheter. Together with your colleagues, you'll ensure that the properties function as they should and that tenants receive good service and are satisfied.\nYou'll work with supervision, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of technical installations. You'll gradually take on greater responsibility for parts of the operations. The role involves both practical work with rounds and fault rectification as well as contact with tenants and contractors.\nKLP is a smaller organization in Sweden, which means you'll have close contact with colleagues and opportunities to develop.
