Then we'd love to hear from you!\nThe Role\nAs a facilities technician at KLP, you have significant personal responsibility for the daily operations of your assigned properties. You are responsible for ensuring that the properties function efficiently and maintain a high technical standard, from supervision and maintenance to troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.\nThe role is broad and independent, and you are expected to take your own initiative, prioritize, and drive matters from identified need to completed action. You work closely with tenants, contractors, and colleagues and are an important representative for KLP in the properties.\nYou will also be involved in developing the business within areas such as operations optimization, energy savings, sustainability, and digitalization.\nYour Tasks\n\nHave comprehensive responsibility for the daily operations of your assigned properties\n\n\nManage the properties' technical supply systems and installations\n\n\nEnsure supervision, maintenance, and preventive upkeep\n\n\nIndependently troubleshoot and handle operational disruptions and fault reports\n\n\nWork actively with operations optimization and energy savings\n\n\nMaintain close and proactive dialogue with tenants\n\n\nFollow up and direct contractor work\n\n\nDrive and monitor maintenance and improvement measures\n\n\nActively contribute to KLP's sustainability and quality efforts\n\n\nParticipate in systematic fire safety work\n\n\nWho Are You?\nTo succeed in this role, we'd like you to have:\n\nMore than 5 years of work experience as a facilities technician\n\n\nGood technical understanding and experience with technical installations in larger properties\n\n\nExperience working independently with operations, maintenance, and contractors\n\n\nGood Swedish in speech and writing\n\n\nGood computer skills and experience with digital operations and property management systems\n\n\nWe also see it as meritorious if you have experience working with different types of control systems and\/or if you have electrical qualifications.\n\n\nAs a person, you are self-directed, responsible, and solution-oriented. You have a professional and service-oriented approach and enjoy maintaining close dialogue with tenants.
