You'll work within a diverse and challenging property portfolio for our commercial customers, including MCF, Jernhusen, and tenants such as SJ.\nElectrical work is part of the job, where you'll work on troubleshooting, service, maintenance, and simple electrical installations. This can range from replacing components and fixing faults to installing simple equipment or supporting minor electrical projects. We'd therefore like to see that you have experience in electrical work.\nThe role is otherwise broad, and you'll come into contact with all technical areas. You'll continuously work on identifying improvements in operations and contribute to energy efficiency and sustainable solutions for our customers.\nThe work is largely independent, and you'll have an important role in our operations in Lule\u00e5.
