We use schedule planning in Time Care, and you are expected to be able to work day shifts, evening shifts, overnight on-call, and every other weekend.\nJob Responsibilities\nWork as a support assistant with us involves supporting individuals in their daily lives, both inside and outside their homes. The role comes with significant responsibility and requires the ability to create good structure to support residents in their everyday routines, of course with the resident as a participant in planning the support, as well as in community life more broadly, which you actively work to promote.\nWith us, there is room to do what residents want to do\u2014together you engage in various activities you might not have tried otherwise! Your primary placement will be on the upper floor of Bollesk\u00e4rsgatan 60, but as needed, you will also work on the lower floor and at the Tannesk\u00e4rsgatan 100 residence.\nQualifications\nWe are looking for someone with a degree from a Care and Service Program, Support Assistant training, or Children and Recreation Program with a focus on social or educational work. The education requirement is also met if you have post-secondary specialization in the disability services field covering at least 200 vocational school credits, 120 university credits, or a combination equivalent to at least four full-time semesters of study. Alternatively, 60 university credits and at least two years of documented work experience in support and service.\nYou need to master Swedish in speech and writing, which means a requirement for passing grades in Swedish 1, Swedish as a Second Language 1, or equivalent.
