During daytime there is also a coordinator responsible for patient flow on the ward. Working as a nurse involves responsibility for ensuring that care in each given situation maintains the right quality and is based on the patient's individual needs and resources.\nYour role includes leading and distributing work within the team and promoting a positive workplace climate. As a nurse, you rotate between day, evening, and night shifts.\nThe introduction is tailored to your needs, usually lasting 4 weeks. We also view further skills development positively, where you can develop through paid further education to become a specialist nurse or education in urological care.\nWe work with preferred scheduling and aim to work 2 weekends out of 5. You will communicate with patients, their loved ones, and colleagues, which means it is important that you have good Swedish language skills in both speech and writing.
