The role involves both operational and development-focused work with a focus on creating well-functioning e-commerce flows and providing support to operations.\nMain responsibilities include:\nDevelopment and improvement of the university's e-commerce flows\nManagement, implementation, and follow-up of supplier connections\nSupport and assistance to users in the e-commerce system\nQuality assurance of product catalogs and ordering procedures\n\nWork tasks are carried out according to established procedures, but there are good opportunities to contribute to the development and improvement of work methods and processes. You are also expected to actively participate in the procurement unit's continuous development work together with other colleagues.\n \nYour Background \nWe are looking for someone who is organized, responsible, and quality-conscious.
