Our products are developed with a focus on energy efficiency and adaptation to Nordic conditions.\nThe business encompasses the entire chain from product and procurement to import, sales, and after-sales service. We also have business relationships in several markets, which means international procurement, currency handling, and imports are natural parts of our operations.\nIn recent years, we have also expanded our business with a smaller local installation department and a subsidiary working with solid fuel products and hybrid heating. We currently have offices in Oskarshamn, Ulricehamn, and Motala.\nWe are a smaller company with short decision-making paths and close contact between different parts of the business. This means our roles are broad and as an employee you get the opportunity to understand and influence much more than just your own part of the business.\n\nAbout the Role\nIn this role, you will be responsible for and work with ongoing accounting and bookkeeping for both Invest Living Scandinavia AB and its subsidiary.\nYou will work closely with the CEO and have a central role in financial administration. The role is broad and combines traditional accounting work with analysis, reporting, and various business-related administrative tasks.\n\nOngoing Accounting\nContinuous bookkeeping and reconciliations for both the parent company and the subsidiary\nInvoicing\nHandling and posting of supplier invoices and payments\nHandling of VAT and tax declarations\nPayroll Management\nHandling of ROT deductions for our cooling department\nWork in our business systems Fortnox and Specter\nWe are reviewing the possibility of consolidating the accounting for both companies in a common business system going forward.
