You are responsible for the finance function as well as closing the books for 4 wholly owned subsidiaries and 4 jointly owned companies within the group. The role encompasses both ongoing financial management and reporting as well as qualified support to the group's various companies.\nYour main areas of responsibility are to:\n\u00b7         Lead and develop the finance function and its employees.\n\u00b7         Independently prepare and close monthly and annual financial statements.\n\u00b7         Manage financial reporting, monitoring, and analysis.\n\u00b7         Ensure high quality, structure, and control in accounting.\n\u00b7         Handle progressive revenue recognition in large and long-term projects.\n\u00b7         Prepare decision-making materials and provide active support to the companies' managing directors.\n\u00b7         Present financial results and reports to the companies' boards.\n\u00b7         Contribute to continued development of financial processes, routines, and methods.\nSupport on closing and accounting matters is available from the group's audit firm.\nWho are we looking for?\nWe are looking for someone with solid experience in qualified accounting work who can independently take responsibility for financial statements, reporting, and financial monitoring. Experience with progressive revenue recognition is a central requirement for the role, as several of the group's companies conduct large and long-term projects.\nYou are naturally curious and entrepreneurial and are motivated by contributing to the group's continued development. Since NELAB Invest continuously evaluates new acquisitions and business opportunities, you need to be able to combine financial rigor and structure with a forward-thinking and business-oriented perspective.\nYou have likely worked as a Chief Financial Officer, accounting manager, senior controller, or in a similar qualified accounting position.
